Plawnet provides pet essentials to customers in the United States.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through this website.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders. No additional shipping charge will be added at checkout.

Taxes and customs
Prices on this website are shown in USD. Standard taxes are included at checkout with no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we need more information to process your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email your tracking information after your order has been shipped. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery address
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Delivery issues
